How do I know if it’s a repair or a full replacement?
We assess age, extent of damage, and decking condition. Roofs under 15 years with isolated damage are usually strong repair candidates. Roofs 20+ years or with widespread deterioration often make more sense to replace. We’ll tell you honestly — including when doing nothing for another season is a reasonable option.
How quickly can you get out for a repair?
We prioritize active leaks. Call us at (513) 951-4907 and we’ll get out as quickly as our schedule allows. For non-urgent damage we typically schedule within a few days.
Can you match my existing shingles?
We do our best to match color and profile. On older roofs, an exact match isn’t always possible since shingles age and fade over time — but we’ll get as close as we can and walk you through your options before we start.
Will my insurance cover a roof repair?
If the damage was caused by a covered event (storm, wind, hail), insurance may cover part or all of the repair. We can document the damage thoroughly and help you understand what’s worth claiming — without steering you toward an unnecessary claim.
