Privacy Policy Last updated: May 8, 2026 This privacy policy describes how the Roofing Tools application (“the App”) collects and uses information. The App is an internal tool used by the operators of Liberty Township Roofing, Northmont Roofing, and Lakota Roofing to manage estimates, contracts, inspections, and social media posts for the businesses they own. The App is not offered to or used by members of the general public. It is used exclusively by company staff acting on behalf of the businesses listed above. What the App accesses The App connects to the following third-party services on behalf of the company’s own accounts: • Facebook Pages owned by the company, via the Facebook Graph API. The App reads the list of Pages the authenticated company account manages, and publishes posts (photos and text captions) authored by company staff to those Pages. • Google Business Profile listings owned by the company, via the Google Business Profile API. The App reads the list of locations the authenticated company account manages, and publishes Local Posts (photos and text captions) authored by company staff to those listings. • Firebase / Google Cloud (Firestore, Storage, Authentication), operated by Google LLC, where the App stores: ◦ Encrypted OAuth access tokens for the third-party services above. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being written to Firestore. ◦ Photos uploaded by company staff for the purpose of posting them to the company’s own Pages and Business Profile listings. ◦ Records of estimates, contracts, and posts created through the App. What the App does not do • The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data belonging to members of the general public. • The App does not share, sell, or transmit data to any party outside of the third-party services listed above (Facebook/Meta, Google, Firebase, and the company’s own staff). • The App does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies for advertising purposes. • The App does not access or store the content of any conversations, private messages, or personally identifiable information of Facebook or Google Business Profile users. Data retention OAuth tokens are retained for as long as a brand’s connection to the App is active. When a connection is removed (via the App’s “Disconnect” button), the associated tokens are deleted from Firestore. Photos uploaded for posting are stored indefinitely so that the App can re-link to them from post history. They can be deleted on request — see “Data deletion” below.
